Monterrey Coffee Packers,
Inc. is the only company that designates the reconstitution of its
liquid coffee products in parts per million of coffee solids (PPM),
making the reconstitution ratios for Monterrey Coffee Express the
most accurate in the industry.
Our recommended reconstitution ratio of 85 + 1 is based on the
identical "Parts Per Million" of soluble solids in a standard 64 oz.
pot brewed from 1.5 oz. of roasted coffee with an all purpose grind.
